Chef Edward Lee

Edward Lee is the chef/owner of 610 Magnolia, The Wine Studio, MilkWood, and Whiskey Dry, all located in Louisville, KY, and he is the culinary director for Succotash in National Harbor, MD and the newly opened Succotash in DC.

Lee is a four-time James Beard Award nominee. He appears frequently in print and television, including the ninth season of Top Chef, and was recently nominated for a daytime Emmy for his role as host of the Emmy-winning series, The Mind of a Chef on PBS.

Lee’s self-authored best-selling cookbook, Smoke & Pickles, chronicles his unconventional journey from the kitchens of Brooklyn to becoming a lauded Southern chef.

His newest book, Buttermilk Graffiti: A Chef’s Journey to Discover America’s New Melting-Pot Cuisine, will be released on April 17, 2018.
